When you submit an order request, we collect the name, mobile number, selected frames, quantities, pickup or delivery preference, and any address or message that you enter. We do not collect card payments through this website. Please avoid entering medical or prescription information in the optional notes field.

2. How information is used

We use these details to receive and manage order enquiries, confirm stock and lens pricing, contact you about your request, arrange pickup or requested delivery, and help prevent misuse of the order form. A submitted order is a request, not an automatically confirmed sale.

3. Website services and storage

Order information is stored in our Supabase-backed ordering system. Website hosting is provided using Cloudflare services. Your browser may save product IDs and quantities locally to retain your shopping bag; it does not save your checkout name, phone number or delivery address in that shopping-bag storage. Service providers may process technical information needed for hosting, site operation, and security.

If you contact the shop using the WhatsApp button, you will be taken to WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. External map and Instagram links likewise follow their providers’ policies.

4. Who can access order details

Order records are intended to be accessible to authorized shop staff and the service provider maintaining the website and database. We do not display customer order records publicly. We do not sell customer contact details.

5. Retention and security

We retain order information for the time reasonably needed to manage enquiries, provide customer support and meet applicable obligations, then remove it when no longer required. Access controls are used to limit who can view or change order details. No website or data storage service can guarantee absolute security.
